Everyone’s talking about using video for real estate marketing, and for good reason: it’s one of the best ways to communicate with people in a genuine way. And the best part is that literally anyone can do it.

We scoured social media for the best examples of real estate video and are sharing some of our favorites with you.

Side note: many of the real estate video examples we found were selling, selling, selling, and you won’t see any of those below. While that may occasionally be OK, it should never be the majority of what you’re doing on video.

What we like about it:

  • It tells about real hobbies and isn’t all about real estate
  • Feels genuine

What we like about it:

  • The numbers are easy to understand
  • Tells people why these numbers matter to them
  • It’s casual and feels like a conversation rather than a lecture

  • Shares the good and bad of being an agent
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Makes the job feel human and relatable

What we like about it:

  • Good energy (these videos can be so boring if the person filming isn’t excited)
  • Super easy to digest
  • At one minute, it’s not too long
  • It’s filmed in a fun environment
  • It never hurts to include cute kids!

  • He gives the criteria he’s using to judge the pizza
